UFO's ate my grade
Got a 3.0 GPA last quarter, that brings my CGPA down to a lousy 3.6 (boohoo). Rough times last quarter but I think the Angry Monkey is subduing. The Weather Channel is talking about the Notorious R.I.T.A. I had a horse named Rita, yeah, she was kind of a bitch too. While all this is going on, I'm sitting here in my NIN clothes wishing it was tomorrow. Tomorrow will make everything alright with the world (my world that is... {if you didn't check out Xuul's "Only" mix, or listen to The End lately, you won't get that and you are missing a great song}). I am a little prejudiced though. I once thought that Trent Reznor was my idol, but I realized that in order to have an idol, you have to be betraying some god, so now I think he is my god, and anything else is idolatry. (Thou shalt have no other gods before Trent Reznor. I still love Gwar though, it's just not the same.) Next quarter is going to be a busy one, but I hope it works out. Working with Xuul and Antonio on a short for Digital Filmmaking. It's gonna be good. I hope I can still make it through the rest of my classes, but this will definitely be my priority, regardless of what the Portfolio Nazis think I should be focusing on i.e. commercials and public service annuoncements. is it raining? is is snowing? is a hurricane blowing? yes! the danger must be growing, as the rowers keep on rowing... On a more sane and logical note, I want to thank Trumidnite and Loudmouth, as well as plkavitch and transcedence1 for making my birthday (at least the days following) a happy one with a little respite from the monkeywrentch that has been my life as of late. Pardon my somber tone, I was just hoping that I could get a little bit of vacation time in during my vacation. But, alas, I don't get any vacations from work, which gets longer with every shift (it's amazing how people have the power to make 6 actual hours seem like 2 (if they are pleasant) or 12 (if their medium rare steak is too rare or too medium, or their green beans are too soft or too hard etc.etc.etc.) Ok, enough of that, time to get out of my fishnets and mid-calf boots and slip into something a little more... uniform-like and head off to tell customers that, yes, they will have to wait if they want a table by the window that's not too close to abominations that, oh my god, smoke (such heathens). *rolls eyes* Wow, that's a lot of literary vomit, have to make up for lost time. Until next time, thanks to everyone that has borne the brunt of my stress and bitchy-ness. NOTE: I love smokers and have no problem filling coffee cups all night if anyone decides that Lynnwood isn't too far to drive to visit the same octagonal restaraunt that can be found in Bellingham or Burlington. ...And the shit gets deeper and deeper
Well, this morning I'm on my way out to go to school, when I find... I have no car. It wasn't just the window and the CD player, this time it's the whole damn thing. Gone. FUCK, what the hell am I supposed to do in Lynnwood, at 10:30 in the morning, class at noon, and no car. Thanks a lot fuckers, Why couldn't you take the honda next to mine. Luck I guess. God Damn it, at least they didn't get my Nine Inch Nails CD. What they did get was: My production notebook for my T.V. show, All my in-class notes from my other classes, my tape that had very crucial interview footage, all the contact information for the guest on my T.V. show, and a bunch of trash. While having no value to a car-jacker, with the exception of the trash, all that stuff was very important to me. I know, it's my own fault, but how many times have you gone outside, expecting your car to be in the parking lot and it just wasn't there, probably not many. Well, shit, I'm just trying to pass time waiting for Jimmy to get home from work, so maybe we can go get something to eat. Sigh... How's everyone else doing? Captain's Log - Stardate: 47215.5
God, I'm such a dork, I've seen this episode of TNG at least a few times, goody, I love em anyway. Well, my inheritance is finally gone, I guess I'll have to go beg work for more hours, which I dread. I should have thought of that sooner... well, I did, I've just been putting it off until ABSOLUTLEY necessary. Poopy, it's become necessary. I need another car accident settlement, shit, that means another car accident. Hmm... what else do I need to vomit out? Oh yeah... with heart fibrilating, I checked my grades from the spring quarter. Kinda crappy, got a C+ in Spanish of all classes, I should have aced that stupid class. That's what ya get when you don't watch Aladin in Espanol enough. Shitty. OK, enough with this POS 'puter... I'm gonna go use a real computer (my KICK ASS monster!). Commander Data, Make It So. Coming out of the closet! I love geeks!
That's pretty sweet, I'm a total nerd! Take the quiz: "How Geeky are YOU?" Total NerdWell. Um...huh. You are a complete and utter, undeniable geek. You live, sleep, and breath a multiple array of fantastical universes that exist only in your (and many other nerds') mind. You may want to consider getting a life soon, but that's just a suggestion. Live long and prosper, and may the force be with you...geek. excuse me... total geek. I don't play Magic or D&D or even Final Fantasy, but I have been around enough geeks that I can easily guess the geek answer. I think that makes me geeky by association. Any way, I love geeks and would much rather hang out at an all-night Halo tourney than watch... ugh... sports or worse... go shopping. On a more pissed off note, I had another window broken out of my car. Some lowlife probably broke it with his crack-pipe. That's the third one so far, if this keeps up, by the time I'm out of school I will have rewindowed my ENTIRE FUCKING CAR! All it has proven to me is that I'm not safe at home, at school or anywhere in Seattle. Back to sabotaging the door handles with hidden razor-blades. At least I don't have to go buy ANOTHER stereo, the fucknut couldn't get it out, even if he (must be PC, or she) did, it wouldn't be worth a whole lot without a faceplate. Dipshit! I've decided that if I have to one more video project, or even take one more picture, of Seattle, I'm going to do a bit of the old ultra-violence on every single teacher at The Art Institute. Maybe if I'm forced into it, I'll just go around and video-tape a shitload of windowless cars. "Come to beautiful Downtown Seattle, you too can drive around with a garbage bag covering your windowless hole" Shit, I was just getting started, now I have to go to work. Go Geeks. Welcome to Valhalla
Uh, what do they mean by "two hardened Pitas?" I think I must be a natural writer. This really hard teacher gave me 100% on three peices that I did off the cuff and all in one sitting. Too bad I hate doing it so much. Isn't that a riot? I registered for next quarter and I have to drive to Seattle and pay for parking 4 days a week. ugh! I met this goofy, little gay photography major who wants to take pictures of me (yes, I'm SURE he's gay, wouldn't buy it coming from someone straight). I told him he would have to do A LOT of airbrushing. Anyway, I was flattered if nothing else. | | Thursday, April 21st, 2005 | | 9:39 pm |
Hola Y'all
Just got back from Spanish I, if it wasn't so much fun it would be a total bore. It's fun because everyone is there for the same reason... to take a really easy GE class just to get it out of the way. Check it out, I'm a hedonist, but not really. This quiz missed a very important subject. While it may seem that I'm completely hedonistic; however, I feel that I need to advance my situationa dn think about what's best for me until I am in a position to care about the needs of others. I believe in helping other people, but I also think that they should be responsible for their own actions. Why should I help some idiot that decided to, for example, gamble away their life savings and now they're on the streets? It's your own danm fault. Ugh, enough of that. | You scored as Hedonism. Your life is guided by the principles of Hedonism: You believe that pleasure is a great, or the greatest, good; and you try to enjoy life’s pleasures as much as you can.

Except for Espanol, I still hate, oh, pretty much everyone at school. What a bunch of retards! I want to do something that might show just a tiny, itty-bit of forethought and I get flak by other students because I'm "waaah, taking too long" or "that camera's too heavy, why can't we get the crappy, light one? wahhhh". Fuckers! Well, I've decided that anyone in my group is going to do it MY WAY unless they can give me a damn GOOD reason why we shouldn't. Cocksuckers! Oh goodness, I'm all fired up again, this going to school thing has really brought out the Bitch in me, but seriously, can ya blame me for not wanting to waste 30 G's on idiots? On the upside: I got a $400 pair of sunglasses for some spare change; thanks to LJ, I can spit out my bitchiness here and save all my happy goodness for XUUL. hehe. Well, enough ranting, I'm gonna go loook for the homeless kitty that's been outside my apartment for months. WAAHH, I Don't Wanna Do Homework , waaahh
Trying everything I can think of to avoid writing my journal for English Comp. Have to check for fragments and other errors before turning into my teacher. What a bunch of crap. I speak English, why do I have to take a class on it? I wrote a story about Hitler in class last week, that was kinda cool. Maybe "Eddie" will be my subject for today. Hehe. Oh Yeah, then there's Spanish on Thurday Noches. Buenos Dias mi amigos y amigas! or some crap like that. I'm having problems sleeping. The problem is, I've been doing it WAAAYYYY too much. 11 hours and I still don't feel like getting up, maybe I'm catching up from last quarter... ugh, time to go get some coffee cause my milk is yucky (can't make coffee unless I have some milk, may as well just go to the espresso stand down the road.
